BC Flex-Kast Clear Series
Flex-Kast Clear is a two-component water clear UV resistant urethane elastomer compound designed for general purpose molding and casting of various shapes where optimum clarity is desired. This product is easy-to-handle, room temperature mixing and curing system that contains no TDI, MDA or MOCA. Flex-Kast Clear may also be used in potting and encapsulating applications.

BC8990 Urethane Elastomer
BC8990 is a two-component urethane elastomer compound specifically designed for general purpose molding and casting of various shapes. This product is a safe, easy-to-handle, room-temperature mixing and curing system that contains no TDI, MDA or MOCA. BC8990 may be used to provide abrasion-resistant liners, pads, and bumpers. The low shrinkage, low viscosity, superior toughness, and excellent detail reproduction makes this system ideal for general purpose castings and quality tooling operations. It may also be used in potting and encapsulating applications.

BX-31 30 Shore A Elastomer For Concrete Casting
BX-31 is a two-part polyurethane molding system. BX-31 is mixed 100iso:97curative by weight (or 1 Pt-A Iso to 1 Pt-B Curative by volume) and cures at room temperature. BX-31 cures to a low hardness, Shore A 31 light yellow rubber. Ultimate properties are obtained after 3-4 days of room temperature cure. Cure can be accelerated with heat (130-150°F for 12-16 hours) but a slightly harder polymer (34 +/- 2 Shore A) and slight shrinkage will be obtained.

BX-41 is a two-part polyurethane molding system. BX-41 is mixed 100:97 by weight (or 1 Part-A Iso to 1 Part-B Curative by volume) and cures at room temperature. BX-41 cures to a medium hardness, Shore A 41 lavenderrubber. Ultimate properties are obtained after 3-4 days of room temperature cure. Cure can be accelerated with heat (130-150°F for 12-16 hours) but a slightly harder polymer (43 +/- 2 Shore A) and slight shrinkage will be obtained.

BX-51 is a two-part polyurethane molding system. BX-51 is mixed 100:97 by weight (or 1 Part-A Iso to 1 Part-B Curative by volume) and cures at room temperature. BX-51 cures to a high hardness, Shore A 50 2, gray rubber. Ultimate properties are obtained after 3-4 days of room temperature cure. Cure can be accelerated with heat (130-150°F for 12-16 hours) but a slightly harder polymer (53 +/- 2 Shore A) and slight shrinkage will be obtained.

BC8880 Polyurethane Elastomer Surface Coat
BC8880 is a two-part urethane gel coat that has excellent handling characteristics, very low moisture sensitivity, a high modulus, and a high hardness. It is a brushable room-temperature curing urethane that has many general purpose applications such as foundry patterns, cure box liners, and abrasion-resistant pads and bumpers. It may also be used as a urethane adhesive.

BC8860 is a safe, easy-to-handle, room-temperature mixing and curing system that does not contain TDI, MDI, or MOCA. Relatively insensitive to typical environmental moisture, BC8860 will make good void-free parts without the problems that sometimes result from other conventional urethane systems.

BC8675E Urethane Elastomer

BC8675E is used for mold fabrication, for shock absorbent pads and liners, as an adhesive for strong and resilient bonds, electrical potting and cable sealing applications, and for making various types of urethane rubber parts.
